Brianne, PT, was born in Cashmere, WA and raised on Whidbey Island, WA. She received her B.A. in Exercise Science from Willamette University in 2007 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2010. Brianne is a certified Sportsmetrics™ trainer and has a special interest in treating (and preventing) knee injuries in athletes. She is married with one child and enjoys spending time with family outdoors, hiking and skiing.
Karen, PT, was born and raised in Manila, Philippines graduating from the University of Philippines, Manila in 1999. She loves children and thus has experience in pediatric physical therapy. She sees both pediatric and adult patients in the clinic. Her family is back home (parents and 4 sisters) but her husband Kris is also a physical therapist. They have a daughter. Karen loves to travel, read, and sing.
Julie, PT, was born and raised in Burns, OR. She graduated from Pacific University in 2011 with her B.S. in Exercise Science and University of Montana in 2014 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Julie enjoys spending her free time outdoors, swimming, playing volleyball, and baking.
Roger, PT, was born and raised in Boise, ID and graduated from Boise State University with a B.S. in education, M.S. in exercise science, and attended Idaho State University for Physical Therapy. He has specializations in spine and wound care. Roger is married with one daughter and enjoys golf, landscaping, and volleyball.
Lindsay, PTA, was born and raised in Cottage Grove, OR and graduated from Lane Community College in 2014. She is close with friends and family and enjoys visiting with them as well as snowboarding, soccer, volleyball, and playing with her animals.
Ross, PT, graduated in 1975 from California State University-Northridge and UCLA with degree in physical therapy. He enjoys treating orthopedic patients using manual therapy.
Matt, PT, was born in Martin, SD and raised in Cheyenne, WY. He graduated with a B.S. in Human Biology from Chadron State College in 2000 and Pacific University in 2003 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has worked for Mercy since 2004. Matt specializes in vestibular, neuromuscular, and orthopedic physical therapy. He is a runner and plays basketball and softball. Matt enjoys supporting local wineries.
Joe, PTA, was born and raised in Roseburg, OR. He graduated from St. Philips College in San Antonio, TX in 1986. He was employed as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the U.S. Army and stationed in Seoul, Korea for 15 months. Joe currently serves Mercy as the Outpatient Supervisor. He is married with two children and enjoys playing electric and bass guitar as well as running, cycling, and hiking.
Britta, PT, was born and raised in Hamlin, IA. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2011 with her B.S. in Exercise Science and from Creighton University in 2014 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Britta was a member of ISU track and field team from 2006-2011 and continues to follow Cyclone Athletics. She specializes in sports rehab and shoulder rehabilitation, especially for overhead/throwing athletes. She is married and enjoys camping, playing volleyball and basketball, and baking.
Andrea, PT, was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She graduated from Cleveland State University in 2002 and received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2009. She has certifications in Manual Lymphedema therapy and is a cancer exercise specialist. She loves to travel - with 12 countries and counting! She moved to Oregon in 2014.
Suzy, PT, was born and raised in Deer Lodge, MT. She graduated from Montana State University in 2011 and University of Montana in 2014. She enjoys downhill skiing, water sports, and volleyball. She loves spending time with her kitty, Alex, and her family.
Don, PTA, was born in Sacramento, CA and raised in Roseburg, OR. He graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in 2009, attended Crafton Hills Community College in 2010, Central Washington University in 2011 and graduated from Green River Community College in 2014. He is married to Susan and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, family, doing home improvements, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
Kris, PT, was born in Quezon City, Philippines but was raised in Papua New Guinea. He has lived in Roseburg since 2010 with his wife, Karen, who is also a physical therapist, and their daughter. He graduated from Far Eastern University, Philippines in 2001. Kris enjoys cooking, running, and playing tennis.
Beth, PT, was born and raised in Roseburg, OR. She graduated from Pacific University with an M.S. in Physical Therapy. She's been with Mercy since 2001 and became Director of Rehabilitation in 2014. Prior to joining Mercy, Beth spent 12 years working at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland as both as a PT and a manager. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, running, camping, and going to concerts and community events. She also has a heart for those who are homeless in our community and volunteers for chapel services at the Roseburg Rescue Mission.
Debbie, PTA, was born in Corvallis, OR. She graduated from Mt. Hood Community College in 1983 with an associate's degree in physical therapy. Debbie is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a specialty in management. Debbie was a small business owner from 1996-2004 on the Oregon Coast in addition to having therapy jobs in multiple settings. While raising her family, Debbie was a troupe leader for Girl Scouts as well as a devoted foster parent. Debbie joined Mercy in 2006 and has served in acute care, home health and hospice, and is currently the Acute Care Supervisor. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
